Designed to fit select True prep refrigerators, this cutting board is 3/4" thick to provide a sturdy cutting surface, and it measures 11 3/4" deep so that you have plenty of room to slice ingredients and stage production of your most popular foods. True cutting boards are lightly textured to help food stay steady while cutting. Plus, all corners are eased! A notched bottom allows you to install a crumb catcher (sold separately) with this board. It is made from durable white poly to stand up to heavy knife use and to make cleaning as easy as possible. For convenience, installation holes are pre-drilled.
