True cutting boards are lightly textured to help food stay steady while cutting. Plus, all corners are eased! It is made from durable white poly to stand up to heavy knife use and to make cleaning as easy as possible. Any necessary mounting holes must be drilled in the field - it does not come pre-drilled.
