If you enjoy the convenience of your prep refrigerator but wish you had more space for preparing foods, this True 812016 19" extra-deep cutting board is a perfect solution! Designed to replace the standard board that came with select True Refrigeration prep refrigerators, this cutting board is 1/2" thick to provide a sturdy cutting surface. True cutting boards are lightly textured to help food stay steady while cutting. Plus, all corners are eased! It is made from durable white poly to stand up to heavy knife use and to make cleaning as easy as possible. Any necessary mounting holes must be drilled in the field - it does not come pre-drilled.
