This refrigerator features a durable stainless steel front and doors, with stainless steel sides and interior construction. It also features a left hinged door on the left section, with a right hinged door on the right section.
Spacious Interior
Accessible through the two front doors, the interior of the unit offers 46 cu. ft. of cold storage space. A total of 6 epoxy coated wire shelves are housed inside, each shelf capable of accommodating up to 225 lb. of vegetables, meat, or other product. Plus, when you open a door, an interior light is automatically activated, providing you with maximum visibility at all hours of the day.

I bought a Traulsen in 2008 for my tiny shop that had no a/c and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. However, I didn't have a similar scenario when I bought the G-series. I don't know if it is because the top mount on the compressor or what, but this fridge just conked out in year 5. Year 5! It should have lasted 10 years.
When I saw the high temp, I immediately checked the compressor fins and found dust. We had failed at doing our monthly chore of vacuuming the dust off. But, it wasn't a fur blanket by any means, just a bit of negligence which is, I think, normal restaurant conditions. Who is running a team that 100% keeps up with coil vacuuming? No one, anywhere.
