Whether you're cooking stir fry, soup, tempura, or even boiling noodles, this Town Y-2-SS-P York™ liquid propane two chamber wok range is an excellent addition to your kitchen! Featuring a 13" Mandarin and 20" Cantonese wok chamber with cast iron rings, the range's fiber ceramic insulated chamber design combines with a 23 tip 92,000 BTU volcano burner and a 32 tip 103,000 BTU jet burner to provide you with an intense, precise heat. This power and precision are just what you need to quickly make delicious dishes at Asian restaurants and a variety of other establishments!
Operating the range couldn't be any easier thanks to the burners' "L handle" control valves which make it simple to power each burner on and off with your knee. The 14" Autoflo swing faucet is activated by swinging it out toward the operator and deactivated by pushing it parallel to the backsplash, providing a quick way to fill woks for boiling or rinsing between batches. A full length cooling line prevents the deck from overheating to maintain the unit's longevity, while a 5" integral sink with strainer basket drains away excess water and prevents chunks of food from clogging the drain line.
This wok range is built to stand tough against constant use in your high-volume restaurant. It features a chassis, front panel, backsplash, side splashes, legs, and a 12 gauge stainless steel deck. And to make end-of-day cleaning a breeze, it even includes a galvanized drip tray to catch any overflow. A liquid propane, drain, and water connection are required for operation.
