It features two levels of perimeter burners with safety pilots, designed to deliver 225,000 BTU of cooking power for the delicious, crispy skin that signifies a well-roasted pig.

Its durable, stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior includes drip shields to generate smoke, one row of roasting bar rests, a 4" top-mounted flue, and a drip pan.
