Defective Colander. This Colander doesn't really work well as the coating is continually peeling off. Not good when your using it to strain water from vegetables. I"d like for another brand.

This is a very nice colander that can be used for so many things; steaming vegetables, straining products, etc. It is very large, durable, and should last a long time.

Nice BIG, solid aluminum colander!! Take note of the measurements. We use this to wash product that we receive. Big enough to wash in bulk.

I use this colander to cool coffee after roasting. This is really rugged and easy to clean. It holds over 20lbs of coffee, it's huge and the handles are really big also easy to handle when there is a lot of weight in it. I had to really scrub it down at first as it had some Aluminum burrs on it, a rough scrubby pad did the trick and it's now an essential part of my coffee roasting process. ~ Ryan

Great for bulk cooking of veggies. We also use it for precooking large amounts of pasta. While it is a little discolored after much use, it does not impart any tang or flavor to even spinach.
