Town 34811 French Style 11" Carbon Steel Fry Pan

I came across these by chance and figured I couldn't go wrong for the price. They arrive quickly and pre-seasoned although they do have a preservative oil on them to prevent rust. After a good wash in warm soapy water, I applied a small dab of coconut oil and heated them up. These pans are beautiful and just the right weight. The only thing you'll achieve by purchasing a similar carbon steel pan is a lighter wallet. If you've been considering a carbon steel pan, you won't go wrong with these.

Nice pan and it seasoned up really easily. Nice weight as well. Not too heavy.

Works great on induction cooktops, over fire, and gas. Material is great. Easy to season and becomes non-stick. However it warps really easily and I would not recommend it for electric cooktops.

This is a really nice rugged no-frills no nonsense carbon steel pan. It is similar to what the woks are made out of. Very solidly made highly recommend it if you want a carbon steel frypan.

I have become a big fan of carbon steel. This has replaced cast iron for most tasks. They seasoned well. Love welded handle instead of riveted. Makes cleanup easier.

Good quality for price, nice long handle which stays cool even with high heat. Be sure to season after each use, treat similar to cast iron and you will be use for years.

I like these pans. They are light and easy to move around, but hold heat well. Great for searing if you don't want to wait to heat up a cast iron.

The pan is durable and not too heavy. I wish they sold a silicone handle for it. I haven't been able to find one that fits.

French Style Pans. Whole fish? No problem! Heats really quick, doesn’t stick, easy to clean and store. I also use the 8” and both are great

9-in carbon steel pan is amazing same performance as you would get out of one that cost a lot more for a fraction of the price it is great for residential use as well as commercial use easy to clean easy to season overall a great pan for multiple things in the kitchen I use it all the time I would definitely recommend to anybody for salt tanning frying heating up food even great temperature control with it being thin like it is

This isn't really high quality, but, that being said, for the price, you really can't get much better than this. It has nice, even heating, however, it does get hot extremely fast. Works great for eggs and sauteing vegetables. It also leaves a nice, even crust on a steak when pan frying.

Cheap but efficient, steel is thin which aloud fast temperature changes. Perfect to fry meal and even finish sauces. Strong, easy to clean but be attentive to the sanitizing (get rusty)

Excellent pan at any price. Seasons well, heats fast and a simple wipe out with a rag and its cleaned and ready for the next dish (we never wash them, just wipe them out and that also helps keep them seasoned).

Really nice pan. It has a lot of heft to it, which makes it great for finishing off steaks or pan frying vegetables. It seasons very easily, and holds the seasoning well.

The Town 11” Carbon Steel Fry Pan- French Style is a great buy. It is well made and durable. It heats evenly and nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan. It is easy to clean. This is great for residential and commercial kitchen.
