This product has been switched out. The photos and quality no longer match the listing. I have been used dozens of cases of these over the last year. These were switched for a lower quality napkin. If you would like the same quality as before you now need to buy the "premium" version of these at a higher price. The ones that ship now are a thin papery napkin closer to a c-cold than to the past "linen-like" product. Photos below show the past vs current product.

Purchased these by accident - thought they were a different product. Very displeased - Ok for every day but not nice enough for special occasion. Much smaller than the other napkin we like, thinner as well. My two biggest complaints - they are shrink wrapped so tight that the napkins several deep top and bottom are crumpled (and hold the wrinkles after unpacking).... and they are 'stuck' together. You literally have to peel one from the next... and it actually makes a sound. Definitely not what we want our guests to experience on a buffet.

I have purchased these napkins several times and this order was not the same quality. The size was a 1/4” smaller and the feel was not even close to the linen feel of previous orders. The color was more off white than white.

The Choice napkins are slightly smaller then their competitors and these napkins also have a bit of a pattern to them. They are also not as thick. I prefer the competitor brand more, but if you are looking for a cheaper options these will do.

This napkin definitely delivers on the linen feel but I had to take off two stars because it does not look like a linen napkin. Wish it didn't have that texture and was simply smooth. Because of the texture it looks like a paper towel. Would not work in an elegant setting because of the look and off white color. Still a decent product for the price.

Bought this product for years and now you changed them!

Been ordering for years and this time they sneakily changed the product to much lower quality item. Feels terrible and is folded weird. When I spoke to them they said it was noted under the image 'material and fold may vary' which means they can swap out items to whatever is cheaper. Very disappointed in product and practice.

Recently reduced the quality of these napkins immensely. I would not recommend the new model. Theyre half the weight and feel like toilet paper. Terrible

We have purchased these napkins for the last 8 years in our restaurant. The last shipment we ordered contained napkins that were drastically lower in quality. Although they were labeled with the same item number, this was a different product. They were one ply, very thin material and folded in the center. The explanation was that there is small print on the website description that allows for changes in the material and fold. Be aware, these napkins look nothing like the ad picture, are not ultra-ply as described and are not book folded. I understand a company wanting to cut manufacturing costs. But to just replace a product with a vastly inferior product and not update the website but add disclaimer language is dishonest and not up to Webstaurant standards. At least not up to the former Webstaurant standards. I'm not sure about this company anymore.

These white-linen feel napkins feel much nicer than regular paper napkins, and look nicer too. They also seem more durable and more absorbent than typical napkins, which is great.

We decided to upgrade our napkins to give our restaurant a more upscale feel. We thought about linen, but the cost seemed a bit high. We decided on these linen-feel napkins and are delighted by the look, feel and quality. These are thick, durable and beautiful. They go great with our place setting and really add a level of sophistication.

this product quality has been changed, the new item is super cheap, new item looks like hand towel use in the restroom. we use this product over 5years, this was very disappointment. we don't order this product anymore

Excellent product!! I bought these napkins for my local and their quality is amazing. Sin of a very white color, thick, and I use them to wrap my forks, knives and chircas in them; to then deliver to my customers with their dishes. I have had great returns since adding this to my tableware. The quality is excellent and worth its price. I recommend it.

These napkins are perfect! They feel almost like cloth napkins! Perfect to roll silverware in and no need for a napkin holder. They napkin holes in place!
