I purchased these stainless steel 12" "heavy duty" tongs by Choice because I never seem to have enough clean tongs in my kitchen. These have a brushed finish, which is really nice because it doesn't show finger prints. They open wide enough to handle a baked potato, 1/4 of an acorn squash, and probably an orange too. They are one-piece construction so they're easy to clean, if not a little harder to store. The only thing I didn't like was that my copy was dented on both sides.
