Prevent greasy and oily substances from entering plumbing systems, septic fields, and wastewater treatment facilities with this Thermaco Trapzilla TZ-600-ECA in-ground grease interceptor. Greasy substances cannot be processed properly, which can lead to environmental harm. This grease interceptor can hold 635 lb. of grease in a 95 gallon footprint, so unlike traditional interceptors, it's capable of holding more than 91% of its internal volume in grease and solids before it begins to lose efficiency.

For in-ground installation, this grease interceptor has a flow rate of 75 GPM. With a durable rotationally molded polyethylene construction, it's a perfect replacement for failing steel or concrete interceptors, so it can outlast traditional interceptors constructed of inferior materials. This grease interceptor comes with a polyethylene self-positioning 22" solid top cover that's easy to remove to clean out retained grease and solids by grease pump truck with its 4" inlet and outlet connection, and the cover is equipped with sealed thread fasteners. It also includes an extension collar assembly, including an 18" single-piece extension collar and an extension collar adapter ring lid, equally durable with a linear low-density rotationally molded polyethylene construction that offers field adjustability to reach optimal installation depth.

The grease interceptor's gas trap is conveniently included as an integral part of the unit, and it comes with a flat separation efficiency curve capable of holding free-floating fats, oils, and grease at capacity with a removable lid for easy removal access. It also has an integral anti-floatation anchor ring for in-ground installation, an integral horizontal baffle as well as a laminar inlet flow diverter, and an integral vessel vent. Thanks to its sloping conical bottom retaining solids and separate storage compartments, this grease interceptor keeps grease and solids separate. With its unitary tank body and 4" inlet and outlet structures without gasket interfaces, it utilizes an interior radial compression ring that conjoins invert to tank outlet / inlet structures without bulkhead fittings or gaskets.
