By filtering wastewater from your attached sink or dishwasher, this machine isolates solids and grease, protecting your plumbing and controlling grease and small food particles in an easier and more hygienic way. This grease trap's electrical assembly includes a heater, skimming wheel, and skim setting controls, which all work together to remove grease from the tank to store it in a separate grease collector.

The fully automatic self-cleaning cycle removes grease and oil from tanks without operator assistance, which reduces the time you spend cleaning the machine and prevents backup. Plus, with the advanced maintenance assistant feature, this model automatically empties and pushes small food particles downstream. This hygienic system reduces exposure to grease, food waste, and fats, by ensuring only 1 minute a day is spent emptying the grease collector.
