This is a very lovely-looking glass dispenser. The glass lid and rim of the dispenser are quite thick and lead you to believe that the entire dispenser is very sturdy. However, it is NOT. I discovered that the side of my dispenser was only 1 mm thick when it fractured a few days ago while cleaning it on its side. The weight of the large glass dispenser cannot support itself when laid against its side because it is so thin. It is doomed to fracture. I feel like the product was defective for a large glass dispenser to be so thin on the side. I reached out to customer service to see about a replacement and was told that there is no warranty for the product and nothing could be done. I was very disappointed. Beware if you choose to purchase this product.

These drink dispensers are absolutely beautiful. It’s hard to find a drink dispenser that is 3 gallons that still is appeasing to the eye. I ordered three of these, and one of them came damaged. I contacted the company and within five minutes I had a refund for the broken dispenser. The new one came in unbroken.

we ordered 2 of them, and one has leaked from the beginning. I contacted customer service and they wouldn't send me a replacement spigot, so i had to purchase one. the other day when I removed the old spigot, I saw that the actual glass is chipped and broken, so it wasn't even the spigot that was the problem.

The 3 Gallon Springfield Glass Beverage Dispenser with Metal Stand is well made and elegant. It is sturdy, well made and easy to clean. It is perfect for catering events and restaurants.

This 3 gallon container is working perfectly for continuous brew kombucha. I would highly recommend it in quality and quantity for a home brew or small specialized brew situation. Plan to order 2 of the 5 gallon containers next that look similar to this one.
