While creating cocottes, fondantes, and tourne cuts by hand requires a lot of time and skill, this tourne cutter makes it quick and easy! It can produce cut vegetables in any size from 1 1/2" to 3" and consistently provides the desired 7-sided look. The blades are adjustable and may be placed in any of the three positions. Plus, the cutting mechanism is adjustable on the base.

This model comes with suction cup feet that provide stability and also prevent the cutter from sliding off the counter when in use. The unit is made of durable stainless steel so that it will last through frequent use in your restaurant kitchen, and the cutter is easy to clean after use.
