Save time and labor with this Tellier EP0011 large carrot peeler head for EP002! It can be used as a direct replacement for the original part if the peeler head is broken or no longer working properly. This peeler head is designed to allow your staff to peel larger carrots in just one motion! By placing a carrot in the top of the unit and pushing it downward, your staff will be able to peel the entire carrot in just one pass. Plus, this model takes off very thin peelings to reduce the amount of food waste your prep station will create.

This peeler head utilizes 6 stainless steel blades on articulated arms with springs that can adapt to variations in the size of your carrots. It is designed so that your staff can process up to 220 lb. of carrots per hour to keep up with the needs of your kitchen. For added convenience, it is compatible with EP002 (sold separately), allowing it to be freestanding so that you can place it on the counter for use.
