This peeler head is designed to allow your staff to peel various sizes of cucumbers in just one motion! By placing a cucumber in the top of the unit and pushing it downward, your staff will be able to peel the entire fruit in just one pass. Plus, this model takes off very thin peelings to reduce the amount of food waste your prep station will create.

This peeler head utilizes 6 stainless steel blades on articulated arms with springs that can adapt to variations in the size and shape of your cucumbers. It is designed so that your staff can process up to 600 cucumbers per hour to keep up with the needs of your kitchen. For added convenience, it is compatible with EP003 (sold separately), allowing it to be freestanding so that you can place it on the counter for use.
