Easy to Apply
The strip features an adhesive end to securely wrap around a dish rack or thread through the prongs of a fork prior to the item being loaded into the dish machine. From there the strip, which is waterproof, is run through the machine and measures the temperature during the wash cycle. It is for a single use only.
Tests to 160 Degrees Fahrenheit
The temperature measurement is visible by the thermocromatic color-change band on the label. When the wash cycle reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit, the band changes colors. The label measures temperatures within +/- 2 degrees Fahrenheit.
Ideal for Record-Keeping
After use, the strip is easily removed and added to the facility's records. Because it features 2 blanks, one for a signature and another for a date, the label makes logging the temperature of your machine fast, easy, and accurate. With the strip on record, you can efficiently monitor the performance of your dish machine and ensure that all dishes are properly washed prior to use.

These single use dishwasher temp strips are perfect for our facility! We have had issues with our dishwasher's thermometers reading correctly and this is a great item to prove out dishwasher is up to the correct temperature to sanitize our dishes. I honestly say these are accurate and the easiest to use! They change from black to orange when the temperature has been reached for easy reading and provide a location for the date of which the temp strip was used.
