I really like these spice shakers. I purchased 2 to use for my pink himalayan sea salt. The openings are adjustable. I keep them fixed on the smallest setting because adjusting a lot lets the salt get between the metal plates. Plus the bigger holes let out too much salt. Would probably also work well for dried herbs. But I tend to measure those, rather than sprinkling them. Probably would also work well for chili flakes.
