I purchased these round platters to serve our burger and fries on. I was trying to find a way to cut down on labor and this does the trick. I line it with a piece of deli paper and it keeps the pan easy to clean. This is going to save us some money on labor and that's good since labor right now is hard to find. I love the farmhouse look and really think these will be a big hit with my customers. There are some other size platters but if you go bigger I just feel you will have to add more food to make it look right.
