Made of die-cast aluminum, this sauce pan features a high temperature exterior coating and a non-stick interior coating so your sauces will not stick to the pan. To lessen preparation worry, it is safe for stove tops, gas, electric, steam, and oven use. Its stainless steel bottom plate includes iron, making it induction ready and therefore allowing it to heat quickly and evenly on ranges, hot plates, and induction style equipment.

Cook vegetables or create batches of your signature sauces in this pan that includes a domed lid. The shape of this lid helps to trap in heat and humidity, helping the cooking process along. It can also be used to cover food when the food is not yet ready to be served. Two built-in cast aluminum handles, one on each side, allow for ease of transportation throughout your venue.
