In addition, the frame is made of brushed aluminum, guaranteeing a professional appearance and long-lasting use.

This kit includes a drop-in 1800W electric induction cooktop and 2 half long cooling plates so chefs can start cooking right away. The cooling plates are deep enough to allow 3" deep cast aluminum bowls to sit flush with the surface for superior cold holding applications.
