This Spring USA SRC-651 MAX Induction warmer in wood cabinet with SmartStone® top was designed with innovation and optimal performance in mind. This warmer is equipped with 650W of heating power and exclusive SmartScan® technology, which assures the temperature is correct for precise cooking and improved energy efficiency. This feature also includes over / under voltage protection, as well as pan size and pan type recognition to protect your pans from damage and food from burning. With a fast response surface, this range prevents surges or spikes in temperature when moving the pan through sauteing or tossing. The automatic pan recovery recognizes pans as you lift or tilt them from the surface during cooking and adjusts to your movements - mimicking the benefits of cooking on a gas range without the flash point or price point.

This range comes in a customizable wood-stained cabinet with a heat and scratch-resistant SmartStone® top. With SmartStone® technology, the top of this cabinet is durable, non-porous, and easy to clean, allowing you to keep your cooking area hygienic and safe. The cabinet also has a stylish wood design that complements any space, making it perfect for buffets and catered events. Complete with a durable 5mm tempered glass top and 100% silicone protective top seal, this range is built to withstand rough use in commercial environments.

Digital solid state controls allow you to adjust the heat easily between 145 and 185 degrees Fahrenheit with four-position, set-hold temperature control and low, low-medium, medium-high, and high settings. With a convenient power on / off touch pad, a lighted temperature indicator, and a pan-present indicator light this range is simple and safe to use. This range is compatible with a wide range of induction-ready cookware and requires a 110-120V electrical connection for operation.
