This Spring USA SRC-261SS MAX Induction range in wood cabinet with SmartStone® trim was designed with innovation and optimal performance in mind. This range is equipped with 2600W of heating power and exclusive SmartScan® technology, which assures the temperature is correct for precise cooking and improved energy efficiency. This feature also includes over / under voltage protection, as well as pan size and pan type recognition to protect your pans from damage and food from burning. With a fast response surface, this range prevents surges or spikes in temperature when moving the pan through sauteing or tossing. The automatic pan recovery recognizes pans as you lift or tilt them from the surface during cooking and adjusts to your movements - mimicking the benefits of cooking on a gas range without the flash point or price point.

This range comes in a wood cabinet with heat and scratch-resistant SmartStone® trim. With SmartStone® technology, the top trim of this cabinet is durable, non-porous, and easy to clean, allowing you to keep your cooking area hygienic and safe. The cabinet also has a stylish wood design that complements any space, making it perfect for buffets and catered events. Complete with a durable 5mm tempered glass top and 100% silicone protective top seal, this range is built to withstand rough use in commercial environments.
