Featuring SmartStone® technology, the snow-colored top of this unit is sturdy, non-porous, and easy to clean, allowing you to keep your cooking area hygienic and safe. SmartStone® is heat-resistant and safe to use, with an attractive pattern that mimics white stone. Digital solid state controls allow you to adjust the heat easily between 145 and 185 degrees Fahrenheit with four-position, set-hold temperature control and low, low-medium, medium-high, and high settings. This unit is easy to operate, as it comes with a 120V power strip for use on day one. There's even plenty of storage, with 4 cabinets and 1 pullout drawer. The unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
