This Spring USA ICB34818 built-in induction cooking station's innovative design contains everything you need for optimal cooking performance. The stainless steel cooking station is equipped with 3 ranges, 1800W of heating power, and exclusive SmartScan® technology, which is in place to assure the correct temperature for precise cooking and improved energy-efficiency. With a fast response surface, the unit prevents surges or spikes in temperature while moving pans through sauteing or tossing. Its automatic pan recovery system recognizes pans as you lift or tilt them from the surface during cooking and adjusts to your movements - mimicking the benefits of cooking on a gas range without the flash point or price point. Plus, thanks to its versatile cook / temp mode, you can use this station for both cooking and heating food, allowing you to efficiently prepare orders and keep them hot and ready for serving.

Featuring durable construction, this unit is made to last. Stainless steel housing increases the longevity of each induction range while making the unit easy to clean. Each range is flush-mounted with 5 mm thick tempered glass surfaces, which are made to withstand use in commercial environments. The ranges include knob-set thermostat controls with digital LED displays, so you can set the ranges to the exact settings without any guesswork. Not only are the ranges user-friendly, but the spring power management system is just as simple to use. A 6 ft. power cord with a plug and receptable are included, and the entire power system is mounted to the unit for a single point power connection. As an added bonus, the outlets are surge protected.

For your convenience, this cooking station comes with 2 downdraft air filter systems, allowing you to remove grease odors and easily keep up with daily maintenance. The filter systems' quiet blowers keeps the surrounding area free from distraction, and the filters can be replaced with minimal effort.
