This Spring USA BOH series 20" stock pot induction range is perfect for preparing a wide variety of soups and gumbos, as well as sous vide cooking. It holds large stock pots safely and accurately at the desired temperature with less energy than traditional gas and electric cooking units. The low-profile design is based on OSHA guidelines, ensuring that it sits at the ideal height for lifting while reducing the risk of injury.

It is equipped with (1) SM-351R induction range that makes it easy to prepare your food just as desired. The unit boasts a 110 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit temperature range and 20 different temperature settings. Additionally, it has exclusive SmartScan® technology, which delivers precise heating, optimal energy efficiency, and voltage protection.

It features a 5 mm thick tempered glass surface that is easy to clean, and the 200 grade stainless steep top is sleek and durable. For added convenience, this unit features a storage compartment that's lockable with 2 included keys. This allows you to store induction-compatible cookware, utensils, and other supplies.
