The Spracht HS3010 ZuM Maestro DECT USB softphone monaural headset uses DECT technology for its wireless operation. The DECT protocol allows for freedom of movement and is ideal in large call centers and offices. It ensures safe use in multi-use environments while simultaneously producing clear and reliable sound with wideband speakers. Offering a wireless range of up to 350 ft., the headset can connect to devices via DECT or USB. Also capable of connecting to landline desk phones, the headset helps retrofit dated technology to provide the mobility of newer phone systems.

The headset is lightweight and features a headband and a single, faux-leather ear-piece that's well padded for user comfort. To help the user focus on the call, even in a busy, dynamic workplace, the microphone is equipped with noise- and echo-cancelling technology. This helps minimize distracting ambient sounds and echoing audio, creating a quieter environment for the user to conduct their business. Wideband audio likewise improves the sound quality for exceptionally clear and crisp audio. For added control, the user can use the volume and mute controls to adjust the sound. They can also use the headset to conduct 4-way conferencing with other headset users.
