The Spracht HS2018 ZuM Maestro DECT monaural headset uses DECT technology for its wireless operation. The DECT protocol allows for freedom of movement and is ideal in large call centers and offices. It ensures safe use in multi-use environments while simultaneously producing clear and reliable sound with wideband speakers. Offering a wireless range of up to 350 ft., the headset can connect to devices via DECT, RJ9, or even USB.

This headset features a headband and single, faux-leather ear-piece that's well padded for user comfort. To help the user focus on the call, even in a busy, dynamic workplace, the microphone is equipped with noise-cancelling technology. This helps minimize distracting ambient sounds, creating a quieter environment for the user to conduct their business.

For added control, the user can use the volume and microphones controls to adjust the audio. They can also use the headset to conduct 4-way conferencing with other headset users. To charge the headset, simply place it back in its base.
