For high-quality electric smoking and barbecuing, the Southern Pride stainless steel electric wood-fired stationary rack smoker is the perfect tool! The convection air system implements a compact electric burner that ignites woodchips in the dual woodchip box to heat the smoker cabinet and the firebox to the desired temperature needed to achieve maximum texture, aroma, and delectable flavors. The fan in the convection system draws smoke from the firebox and circulates it all throughout the smoker cooking cabinet to maximize both smoke output and heat efficiency. The cabinet is high temperature blanket insulated. Simply set the cooking time and temperature and load your product - it's that easy!
This smoker is crafted entirely from sturdy stainless steel, ensuring easy cleaning, durability, and longevity of use. It comes standard with 10 rack slides with 2" spacing and (4) 17 3/4" x 17 3/4" nickel chrome-plated product racks. Additionally, a digital thermostat allows you to adjust the cook temperature within a range of 100-325 degrees Fahrenheit. The smoker will maintain consistent temperature throughout the cook cycle to guarantee dependable, delectable results.
