Enhance the efficiency of your kitchen with this Southbend ultimate range! Combining a range, a griddle, and an oven, this unit provides ultimate functionality in one piece of cooking equipment. This range features a 60 3/4" wide open top with a 37" working height, and it has 6 burners that each deliver 24,000 BTU of heating power. These burners are non-clogging and have removable cast iron grates. Below the range sits the ovens, which each boast a temperature range of 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and deliver 45,000 BTU for maximum efficiency. This model also includes a 24" griddle on the right side with (2) 24,000 BTU burners. This smooth, polished griddle has raised sides and is 1/2" thick.

This unit features a durable stainless steel front and sides. It operates using simple control knobs to adjust the heat level. Its 4" stainless steel front rail protects the user from steam, hot splatters, and flames when adjusting the temperature. Its 2 removable drip trays catch grease drippings underneath the burners. It also features a 22 1/2" high stainless steel flue riser with a shelf to help vent excess heat and gases while providing extra storage space.

The included ovens have snap-action thermostats to control and maintain the desired temperature. They feature 26" x 26 1/2" cavities made with double-sided, full porcelain enamel for corrosion resistance. They have coved corners for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow, helping to eliminate hot and cold spots. These cavities allow full-sized pans to fit both ways, and they each contain 2-position side rails with 1 rack for a custom configuration. They are easy to access with spring-assisted, counterweight doors.

This unit uses a standing pilot for the burners and a battery spark ignition for the ovens. It stands on (4) 6" adjustable stainless steel legs for safe, stable use on any floor. It has a factory-installed pressure regulator and a front-located manual gas shut-off for safe operation. This unit requires a liquid propane gas connection for operation.
