This fryer cleaner is premeasured into a 2.25 oz. tablet so you don't have to measure a powder or liquid every time you clean the fryer. The low-foaming formula effectively reduces boil over to eliminate fear of a messy cleanup. This highly concentrated product boasts impressive performance against heavy soil, fat, and grease deposits.

Use 1 tablet (2.25 oz.) for a 40 lb. fryer and 2 tablets (4.5 oz.) for a 75 lb. fryer.

Instructions for Fryer Cleaning:
- Wear high heat protective rubber gloves and protective eyeglasses.
- Drain and filter out oil.
- Remove any solid particles from the fryer.
- Close the drain valve.
- Place tablet in the bottom of the fryer.
- Fill the fryer with water just under the fill line. Bring this water to a boil.
- Boil water for 15 minutes then turn off the heat.
- Drain water into a mop bucket.
- Rinse fryer with a vinegar/water solution (1 cup vinegar, 1 gallon water).
- Wipe the solution from the fryer completely and return filtered oil.

Instructions for Floor/Floor Drain Pipe Cleaning:
- Sweep floor completely, removing all food particles and debris.
- Wear high heat protective rubber gloves and protective eyeglasses.
- Drain and filter out oil.
- Remove any solid particles from the fryer.
- Close the drain valve.
- Place tablet in the bottom of the fryer.
- Fill the fryer with water just under the fill line. Bring this water to a boil.
- Boil water for 15 minutes then turn off the heat.
- Drain boiling water into a mop bucket.
- Completely cover floor area to be cleared with hot water from the mop bucket.
- For best results let stand for 5 minutes.
- Go back over area to be cleaned and scrub with a mop or brush.
- Always mop or squeegee, directing water to the floor drains.
- Hose down floor thoroughly with hot water toward floor drains.
- Mop or squeegee dry.
