Its 20 lb. bowl capacity is ideal for cutting up meats, cheeses, and breads or for mixing dips, spreads, and batters.

This unit boasts a durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction to withstand high-volume production. The high-efficiency 2 hp ventilated motor ensures continuous operation, while the 3-blade hub decreases processing time by performing up to 5,000 cuts per minute. IP67-protected steel controls include a simple ON/OFF keypad for easy operation and control.

This model is designed for maximum protection against liquid infiltration on the shaft. The bowl cover, 3-blade hub, and bowl are removable without tools for easy cleaning. This unit features a bowl cover safety interlock, thermal overload motor protection, and no-voltage release. Four adjustable stainless steel legs with rubber feet keep it securely in place. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
