If you're looking for a reliable way to stuff sausage casings at your high-volume butcher shop or deli, then look no further than this Sirman 40153016T IS 25 IDRA 25 lb. hydraulic sausage stuffer! It boasts a large stainless steel barrel that holds 25 lb. of meat and combines with a heavy duty 3/4 hp fan-cooled motor controlled by a convenient side-mounted foot switch.

This unit is completely constructed of durable stainless steel, and the silicone gaskets inside the cylinder provide a better seal to elongate the life of the gasket. This machine is easily operated with IP 67 controls and includes an automatic piston decompression and shut-off for safe use. The lid, cylinder, and piston are easily removable to break down the machine for thorough cleaning. It requires a 220V, phase 1 electrical connection. Three funnels are included for efficient use.

My review is the same as the one review currently listed. The stuffer continues to shut off if there is not enough weight for the sensor or too much. This is not good. Also, the adapters that came with my new stuffer do not meet my standard size need. We have a 19/32" meat stick that we make many of. I am having a very difficult time trying to find one for this stuffer. My previous stuffer adapter will not fit onto Sirman.

It is not the machine that is in the picture. The one they send has a sensor that keeps shutting the machine off. If it has no weight it wont run, too much weight it wont run. never buying this brand again.
