Make your own signature sausage, ground beef, or ground venison with this Sirman TC 12 Denver Plus electric meat grinder! This grinder is ideal for on-demand operations and medium-duty use. With 550W of power, it processes up to 5 lb. of meat per minute and up to 187 lb. per hour. It features an efficient 3/4 hp, fan-cooled motor and a dependable gear drive, and it is easy to operate with a simple on / off button. The countertop design boasts a small footprint to accommodate kitchens with limited space.
This unit is constructed of a durable, easy-to-clean aluminum body with stainless steel sides. It includes a standard 1/4" plate but is also compatible with 5 other plate sizes, including 3/16", 7/32", 5/26", 3/8", and 9/16" (sold separately). This allows it to produce fine, medium, or coarse grinds. Its convenient pull-out compartment offers space to store the plate and knife. This meat grinder is quick and easy to break down for thorough cleaning. Its no volt release helps prevent injuries. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation and a 6' 4" long cord is included.
