This Sirman Leonardo 370 EVO VCS TOP 15" heavy-duty manual straight feed meat slicer is perfect for slicing fresh meat! It has a specially-designed double-feed carriage with a powerful fan-cooled 1/2 hp motor and 15" wide blade ideal for large scale raw meat slicing and bolas. This machine provides adjustable thicknesses up to 13/16" with a versatile dual-stage cam system that allows for precise thin and thick slicing, depending on your needs! It is easy to use with visible stainless steel ON / OFF buttons found on the front of the machine.

This TOP slicer boasts a heavy-duty aluminum construction from the knobs and handles to the dials and adjustable feet. The ground, chromed steel slide shaft ensures smooth operation, while the forged carbon steel blade is maintained by a built-in 2 stone, dual action sharpener. For quick and efficient cleaning, this unit easily breaks down with its removable carriage, center plate, and sharpener.

For safe use, there is an increased gap between the blade and the machine body. The removable end weight pusher adds pressure as it's used to push meat towards the blade while keeping your hands at a safe distance. Additionally, there is a small space between the blade and the end weight. The hopper even features a reliable plastic protection to keep your operator's hand at a safe distance from the blade.

A safety cover is permanently placed under the motor and electrical component, and there is no voltage release. There is also IP67 waterproof protection, a sealed electrical enclosure, a stainless steel slice deflector, and carriage buffer with no volt release. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
