This Sirman Raffaello 350 EVO TOP 14" heavy-duty manual straight feed meat slicer is perfect for slicing a variety of meat and cheese! It has a low-profile, versatile carriage design with a powerful fan-cooled 1/2 hp motor and 14" wide blade. This machine provides adjustable thicknesses up to 1" with a versatile dual-stage cam system that allows for precise thin and thick slicing, depending on your needs! It is easy to use with a visible stainless steel ON / OFF keypad found on the front of the machine.

This TOP slicer boasts a heavy-duty aluminum construction, including the knobs, handles, and dials, with a rounded, no-edges design for easy cleaning. The ground, chromed steel slide shaft ensures smooth operation, while the forged carbon steel blade is maintained by a built-in 2 stone, dual action sharpener. With the tilt carriage, a perfectly aligned cut is achieved every time with zero waste. For quick and efficient cleaning, this unit easily breaks down with its removable carriage, center plate, and sharpener.

For safe use, there is an increased gap between the blade and the machine body. The removable blade guard is see-through, allowing the operator to see clearly at all times. Additionally, there is IP67 waterproof protection, a permanently-mounted blade rim guard over the non-cutting side of the blade, and overload protection. There is also no voltage release. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
