This product has been great for so much more than we purchased it for!!! We purchased this warmer for grab-and-go hot items as well as a warm table for our buffet. It works perfectly for those. We also found out that it works great for sugar work as well(such as sugar sculpture, etc). The only issue we have had with this warmer is that the knob to adjust the heat level sometimes comes loose, and all we have to do is readjust and tighten the scre; other than that, no complaints.

Does keep food temp at a safe heated level Not good for a buffet like the description stated it was.
