These Chafing Dish Fuel Canisters are a good price and once you get them lit will provide ample heat for dishes served in Choice Chaffers inside or outside. They stay lit in some wind and are good at keeping food warm. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they can be a pain to light. I found holding them upside down for awhile and then holding a flame on them for a long time will finally get them lit.
