This pump is perfect for dispensing thick and extra-thick condiments, such as dressings, ketchup, gravies, tartar sauce, or relish. It's a great addition to ambient, warm, or cold self-serve stations!
The pump mechanism and lid are made from stainless steel to give it durability in high-traffic locations, and also to make them easy to clean. The pump dispenses up to 2 oz. and can be reduced to 1.75, 1.5, or 1.25 oz. for greater portion control. It's designed to fit into a 1/3 size, 6" deep steam table pan (sold separately), giving customers easy access to the condiments they crave. The black pump knob is even color customizable for quick condiment identification.
