I purchased 34' of partition fencing and stands for an outdoor patio at our restaurant. We have now had them for 5 days and the whole system has blown over twice in two weak (30 mph) winds. While the lightweight factor is nice for moving, it is absolutely a problem for stability. For the price paid for this system I expected better. If you're not fastening your system to the ground or to walls, do not purchase!
