I am still unable to use the machine, the credit card processor that comes already attached and that you pay for with the machine is run by another company called Cantelopue. After 17 days they still can not set up my credit card processor. They stated they have 10 business days to do this and after that they now say we just have a heavy volume of orders. Now they can me no timeframe of when this card reader will be ready to accept payments. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE, THEY ALSO WILL DENY ANY RETURNS EVEN IS UNUSED AND IN BOX STILL!
