I am still unable to use the machine, the credit card processor that comes already attached and that you pay for with the machine is run by another company called Cantelopue. After 17 days they still can not set up my credit card processor. They stated they have 10 business days to do this and after that they now say we just have a heavy volume of orders. Now they can me no timeframe of when this card reader will be ready to accept payments. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE, THEY ALSO WILL DENY ANY RETURNS EVEN IS UNUSED AND IN BOX STILL!

We love how compact this item is. It allows us to serve both dry good and beverages in the same footprint. We purchased the 5-year warranty at the low price. We wish there was a way to speed up the credit card processing authorization. Expect to wait several weeks once it is delivered to get the CC processing activated. Right now, we are operating ours on a CASH ONLY basis to start getting sales in.
