If you need a reliable supply of ice but have limited space, this Scotsman undercounter ice machine is a great choice! This machine provides a 24-hour yield of 282 lb. of 7/8" x 7/8" x 7/8" medium-sized ice. It can store up to 80 lb. of ice at a time in the built-in ice bin with an ergonomic sliding access door. Plus, it comes with an ice scoop to easily retrieve ice. It is only 24" wide with a recessed utility chase to fit in tight spaces. It operates using a self-contained, air-cooled condenser, and it is front-breathing for flexible installation. It can be paired with a floor mount kit (sold separately) for installation under 34" ADA countertops.
This compact unit features a heavy-duty, rust-free front panel and corrosion-resistant aluminum side panels for long-lasting durability. It features Agion antimicrobial technology on its key components to ensure a durable, sanitary machine. Its external air filter is easily accessible from the front of the machine to simplify cleaning. This unit comes with 6" adjustable legs. It includes a unit-specific QR code that instantly connects users to warranty and service information. It runs on R-290 refrigerant and requires a 115V electrical connection for operation. A power cord is included.

I haven’t heard of R-290, R-600a, R-513a, or R-448A refrigerant before. What is it?
R-290 (also known as high purity propane or CARE 40) and R-600a (also known as refrigerant grade Isobutane or CARE 10) are hydrocarbon refrigerants. R513a (also known as Opteon XP10) and R-448A (also known as Solstice N40) are HFO (hydrofluoroolefin) refrigerants. They are being used by some manufacturers in response to the EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) Program.
My ice machine has been shut down for awhile, how should I restart it?
If your ice machine has been shut down or not in use for a prolonged period time, please reference your machine's user-manual for a restart procedure, often called “Winterization." Please reference your user manual or contact customer service with any questions.
Should I buy an air-cooled or water-cooled ice machine?
Air-cooled ice machines are the most common choice. They're more energy-efficient and use much less water than a water-cooled model.
