I've used Satin Ice fondant before to mold shapes and designs but this is the first time I've used modeling chocolate. Feels pretty much like fondant and is easy to use and mold but tastes like chocolate! I would say that the only downside is that you have to keep your hands cool because warm hands cause it to start melting a bit but it is easily fixable. Seems like with a little more practice, great results can be achieved with this modeling chocolate!
