Add delicious shakes to your bar or restaurant menu with this SaniServ 614SAS Select-A-Shake 20 qt. air cooled shake machine! This frozen beverage machine's evaporator and mix reservoir stores up to 20 qt. of mixture, allowing you to pump out (5) 16 oz. shakes every minute!
With its stainless steel construction and floor design, this frozen drink machine is built to last and can help you make the most of your kitchen space. Thanks to its convenient depth of 24 13/16", this unit is the perfect size for even the most shallow of kitchens! The mix hopper is refrigerated using R404A refrigerant to keep your frozen beverage mixes below 40 degrees Fahrenheit until they are pumped into the freezing cylinder.
This machine is designed to be easily disassembled to making deep cleaning and sanitizing as simple as possible. This unit requires a 208/230V electrical connection for operation. Add an optional cord set kit (sold separately) for a simple plug-in option.
