This is a good quality cheesecloth and is certainly priced better than you find in local stores. This works very well for preparing clarified butter or fine straining for sauces.

We enjoyed working with this cloth. Our staff makes clarified butter/ghee and believe me, all cheesecloth is not equal. It holds the milk solids better and we only have to filter twice instead of four times.

I use cheesecloth for so many uses in the kitchen. The price offered here gives you almost double the cloth compared to what you can find in the grocery store.

What a great big package of cheese cloth for such a small price! I love shopping at this store, because their prices are great and the quality is outstanding.

l love that webrestaurant carries this hard-to-find authentic cheesecloth. I now will have this on hand whenever I need to strain stock, baste a turkey or dust sugar on cookies.
I do alot of pickling and this cheesecloth works well to hold spices while boiling the brine. It is affordable and good quality. You do need a pair of sharp scissors to cut it though.
Works well. Had to fold it over at least once to strain homemade soy milk. Haven't tried washing to reuse just yet, but I'm already buying my next roll!
Amazing! Finally this cheesecloth is making my life so much easier! It comes wrapped in one piece and it is very easy to cut off the amount you need. Will be purchasing again!
These have performed with no issues at all for making ricotta, paneer, and fresh soy milk. There are some cases where i wish the dimensions were just a little bit wider for making huge batches but clothes that size would only be useful in a few circumstances.
Good product and price. It is convenient that you can cut it to specifications based on the job at hand. Has been a useful tool in our kitchen.
This is the best cheeecloth I’ve ever purchased. This is my third time buying the particular product. It is perfect for when I make my homemade ricotta cheese. Never disappoints!!!
Works well for all my needs. I use it for clarifying butter, making tea and holding herbs for the most. The quality is nice for the price
Works well for holding and straining cheese. We are very satisfied because it does a great job of removing whey and making tofu and bundling herbs together.
Great cheese cloth, packaged for ease of use and accessiblity. We use it for filtering some of our craft coffee beverages and we have no complaints. Cuts easily and comes folded for a variety of filtration options.
This San Jamar grade 40 cheesecloth works really well for cheese and herbs. I use it to strain Ricotta cheese and also for wrapping herbs that I put in soups. Using the cloth allows me to wrap and dispose of the herbs and while insusing plenty of flavor.
I had never used cheesecloth before. I was a little shocked to find out that it wasn’t actually made of cheese but once I got over that I used it to filter the grounds out of our cold brew coffee. It works as advertised!
I have made a few stocks and veloute and read sauces wit this cheese cloth it is super sturdy and cleans up really nice for future use
This cheese cloth works perfectly. They are definitely a one time use kinda thing. Still worth while since it saves so much time energy and food cost.
I bought this for making homemade mascarpone cheese but it's also great for straining yogurt and making Thai tea with the loose leaves I bought. There's a bunch in a pack, so good value for the price, too!
Basic cheese cloth, there's a lot here so it should last for a while. These are perfect for lining strainers to filter stocks and broths.
