San Jamar 857312L Details

Streamline plating and food prep by using this San Jamar EZ-KLEEN® sauce bottle. This bottle easily dispenses condiments and sauces while promoting food safety. It fills from the top, while gravity directs the contents to its leak-resistant dispensing valve, which is protected from surface contact by its convenient cap design. The durable yet flexible polyethylene bottle is easy to squeeze for fast application of tartar sauce and mayonnaise. It features a clear bottle to easily see how much sauce is left, with a white cap and bright blue valve.

This sauce bottle has a 12 oz. capacity with a large valve that's perfect for thick sauces, and the channel-free cap leaves no sauce behind. Solid and valved caps are designed to fit on either end of the bottle. Plus, what you put in first comes out first, meaning no shaking, fewer stuck ingredients, and reduced waste. With its two wide mouths and smooth side walls, this bottle is easy to clean!

I love this bottle, but it did NOT come with the blue viscosity valve. I had to purchase it separately.

These are perfect for dressings that have larger ingredients like Italian dressings and ranch. Customers have no issues with clogged nozzles.
