Quart size is pretty good for a smaller shop, but now looking at getting one that fits standard pan sizes for use in a hot dog prep area. The plastic lids are a little fragile, in that the two I ordered came with some hairline cracks in them, but Webstaurant made it right, very easy to work with them for a solution. These San Jamar EZ Chill condiment centers work good for keeping condiments chilled where you don't have another option. We use them on our patio and they work great. I have this one and the INL--the only difference is the lid.
