Featuring a portable design, the circulator is easy to move from one tank to another as needed. For your convenience, a 7.4 gallon tank and compatible lid are included. Both are stainless steel for long-lasting use, and the tank features a tap for easy draining.

To ensure easy, precise cooking, the immersion circulator has a full-color TFT display with four buttons and a timer that can be set for any time between 1 minute and 99 hours. Its simplicity streamlines operation so that chefs are free to tend to other tasks. Plus, the display shows the important stats during operation so that it's easy to monitor. Bluetooth technology allows you to print or export the cooking information after use too, which is perfect for HACCP record-keeping.
