This immersion circulator tank is constructed with durable stainless steel material that is made to last. It is Janby Track-ready and comes complete with a filling tap and drain key for versatile convenience. It is very efficient with a capacity to make an impressive 200 portions per hour. It is NSF certified when used in combination with the SmartVide XL. This unit is ideal for commercial kitchen high-volume sous vide cooking applications.
